Homeowner Contact Information
Please use this form to provide the Fontana HOA with your contact information. Whether you are new to Fontana or are long term members whose contact info is out of date, the Board needs to make sure it is current. Email is our preferred form of contact, since Board meeting information and other HOA communication is provided through the Fontana Flyer email newsletter, as well as other direct correspondence for HOA and ARB business. If you would like to provide a phone number, you may include that as well.
As of the end of 2022, the Board is working to compile an updated Homeowner Directory. This will be available upon request from the Board (rather than being published on the website as it has been in the past), once we have compiled updated information. This will automatically include homeowners’ names and addresses, which are a matter of public record, but will only include further contact information if you give us permission to do so. Please indicate below which emails and/or phone numbers you would like included. The Directory is separate from the contact information maintained for HOA purposes and is specifically for use by homeowners to connect with fellow Fontana members.
This information can be updated at any time through a resubmit of this form. Any questions can be directed to theboard@foai.org.
This submission does NOT add you to the google group email listserv. More info about how to be added to that can be found on the communications page.
Note: This is separate from billing or other information provided to Associa. The HOA maintains its own contact list separately from Associa.
