Clubhouse Key Fobs

Key fobs are required to access the clubhouse, pool and courts. If you are moving into a previously owned house, please attempt to retrieve the fob from the previous owner as part of closing. If you are not able to, you are moving into a new house, or have lost your fob, please contact Tom Belt or theboard@foai.org to have one issued to you, and please provide your name and address.

Key Fob Number

There is an ID number printed on the back of your key fob. Please provide it if it is legible.

Key Fob Type

There are three types of fobs in use. Please select the one that best describes yours.

2. Rounded, grey in color

3. Rounded, grey and black two-tone

Description of Problem

Be as specific as possible. E.g. if your fob is not working, please note the time of day you used it, which gate/entrance you tried, how many attempts you made, etc.
