Fontana Phase 4C
The developer has received approval from the County Board of Supervisors for Fontana Phase 4C to be rezoned in order to allow a total of 34 home sites, similar in size to existing Fontana lots, in the 17-acre area. The area to be developed includes one new cul-de-sac (Brunello Court) at the end of Fontana Drive, extending eastward parallel to Via Florence. See the County's Executive Summary for details.
At the February 2019 FOAI Board meeting, Tom Ridley of Evergreen Home Builders briefed on this phase which they are calling Hyland Park at Fontana. Their website shows the plans for 19 homes - https://www.evergreenhomebuilders.com/hyland-park.html another section further east will have 15 homes for the total of 34. Tom briefed that he is available to help with questions or problems regarding that construction. His contact info is on that website.
Pantops Community Advisory Committee
The Pantops Community Advisory Committee (PCAC) is an advisory committee that provides assistance to County staff and the Board of Supervisors on civic/community issues related to implementation of the Pantops Master Plan in accordance with established county procedures. Fontana has a resident liaison on this council.
